丹麦童话大师安徒生的代表作之一《皇帝的新装》，通过一个愚蠢的皇帝“穿着”一件根本不存在的“新装”赤裸裸举行游行大典的丑剧，深刻揭露了皇帝昏庸及大小官吏虚伪、奸诈、愚蠢的丑恶面目，褒扬了无私无畏、敢于揭穿假象的天真烂漫的童心。今天让我们用事实为观察镜,一起来看看美国少数政客及其无良幕僚的“新装”。

注水与造假——振兴股市还是骗取选票？美国少数政客一直把振兴美国股市作为最大的“政绩”，四处吹嘘近三年来道琼斯指数从19000点，上涨到2020年1月的29551点的历史高点；甚至在今年3月美股连续4次“熔断”的情况下，仅用2个半月时间又奇迹般地“满血复活”。那么，这次美股复活是怎么来的呢？一靠疯狂注水——无限量印发美元、举债向股市注入资金；打着促使制造业回归的旗号为资本家大规模减税，资本家们却既不建厂扩大生产规模、又不给工人涨工资，而是纷纷拿着减免的税金奔向股市、回购股票，形成股市的虚假繁荣。二靠数据造假——6月4日美国劳工统计局公布数据称，美国5月份失业率为13.3%，比4月份降低1.4个百分点。这个“良好的”市场预期直接促使6月5日道琼斯指数大涨近千点，而当日股市收盘后该局又说4日公布的数据有误，5月份失业率是16.3%（比4月份高1.6个百分点）。这种靠注水和释放虚假市场预期来提振股市的做法，只不过是美国政客披在身上的一件“新装”罢了！但仅靠这种办法来维系的股市，其脆弱性恐怕就如同“皇帝的新装”一样，是经不起哪怕一个顽童轻声一问的，今年美股的4次“熔断”已经敲响了警钟。

跪杀与镇压——民主自由还是霸权歧视？5月25日，美国明尼阿波利斯市一位名叫乔治·弗洛伊德的黑人，在没有任何危险举动和反抗警察执法行为、已经戴上手铐的情况下，惨遭一名白人警察膝盖锁喉7分钟，最终不幸身亡。这场明显带有种族歧视的令人发指的惨剧，激起全球所有善良的人、包括有良知的美国民众的愤怒。该事件发生以来，美国、英国等多个国家发生反对种族主义、反对警察暴力执法的大规模游行抗议。而刚刚还在对中国全国人大会议通过涉港国家安全立法有关决定大放厥词、对香港警察合法维护社会秩序指手画脚的美国少数政客，却立即出动大批警察乃至动用国民警卫队予以镇压，从6岁小女孩被喷辣椒水、到七旬老人血溅警察手掌下，冲突愈演愈烈。由此联想到美国政府某些部门拒绝“罗斯福”号航母确诊新冠肺炎的水兵上岸治疗、解职为此“吹哨”的该航母舰长克罗泽等行为，令人不得不质疑，一些美国政客高呼的人权、民主，恐怕也不过是他们为了维护霸权、维护少数政客和资本家集团的利益而披在身上的又一件“皇帝的新装”。

“甩锅”与拒检——抗击疫情还是转移视线？6月8日，美国驻华使馆推特账号发表美国务卿蓬佩奥表态：“美国和120多个国家支持调查COVID-19（新冠病毒）来源”，含沙射影地叫嚣“让中国就世卫大会5月18日的决议给个交代”。但有细心的媒体和民众随即指出，在美国国务院网站公开发布的世卫组织5月18日题为“COVID-19 response”（新冠疫情应对）的决议中，所有同意“调查病毒来源”的国家和国际组织中，有中国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚、英国，欧盟、非盟等，唯独没有美国！注意，5月18日美国还没有退出世卫组织！作为拥有世界上最多P4实验室、最强生物科技实力的国家，叫得最凶，却偏偏最不配合调查。这不得不令人怀疑美国政府对病毒溯源的诚意，也不得不令人怀疑其一意孤行退出世卫组织的动机！新冠病毒是全人类共同的敌人，需要全人类一起携手抗击；病毒溯源是一个科学问题，需要全球各相关国家、各相关机构和人员共同配合调查。然而，美国少数政客却先是毫无依据地把新冠病毒称为“中国病毒”、毫无理由地指责“中国政府隐瞒疫情”，妄图把新冠肺炎疫情暴发的责任“甩锅”给中国；现在又公然拒绝配合疫情溯源调查。这件“病毒溯源的新装”，恐怕已经不仅仅是“双标”的问题，而是对世界人民特别是美国广大民众的欺骗、愚弄和不负责任!毕竟，现在美国已经成为疫情流行的风暴中心，美国广大普通民众正在承受着疫情带来的痛苦！

我们坚信，世界人民的眼睛是雪亮的，历史最终会还世人以真相！我们也相信，绝大多数美国民众是善良友好的、是热爱和平的、是崇尚公平正义的。到底谁会揭掉少数美国政客的“新装”？一切富有责任心正义感的国家和人民都应为此而努力，正在承受疫情折磨、种族歧视、愚弄欺骗的美国广大普通民众也应为此而努力！全世界都在期待着……

How Long Can U.S. Few Bad Politicians Play in Emperor’s New Clothes?

The emperor’s new clothes, one of the representative works of the Danish fairy tale master Andersen, reveals the ugly side of the emperor's fatuity and the officials’ hypocrisy, treachery and stupidity, but also praises the innocence, selflessness and fearlessness of the child and his courage to expose falsehood. Capital injection and Data fraud: Revitalizing the stock market or Cheating for votes?

A few U.S. politicians have made it their biggest achievement to revitalize the U.S. stock market, boasting that in the past three years, the Dow Jones Index has risen from 19,000 points to a historical high of 29,551 points in January 2020, and that even in the case of consecutive “fusing” for four times in March this year, it took the stock market only two and a half months to miraculously “resurrect”.

So, how did this happen? The first is crazy capital injection: unlimited printing of the U.S. dollars, borrowing and injecting funds into the stock market. Under the banner of promoting the return of manufacturing industry, the United States government put forward a large-scale tax reduction for the capitalists, but the capitalists do not build new factories to expand production, nor to raise workers' wages. Instead, they rush to the stock market and buy back stocks with tax relief, bringing about a false prosperity of stock market. The second is data fraud: according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on June 4, the U.S. unemployment rate was 13.3% in May, 1.4 percentage points down from April. This “good” market expectation directly pushed the Dow Jones Index up by nearly 1,000 points on June 5. But after the stock market closed on that day, the Bureau said the data released on the 4th was wrong, and the unemployment rate in May was 16.3% (1.6 percentage points higher than that in April). The revitalization of stock market through capital injection and data fraud, and its fragility, is just like “the emperor’s new clothes” worn by the U.S. politicians. It can not stand even a naughty boy's whispering. The four “fusions” of the U.S. stock market this year have already sounded the alarm.

To kill by knee and suppression: Democracy and freedom or Hegemonic discrimination? 

On May 25th, a black man named George Freud in Minneapolis, was held down on throat by a white policeman’s knee with handcuffed and no dangerous behavior or resistance to police law enforcement. He was finally killed. This heinous tragedy, which is obviously racist, has aroused the anger of all kind people in the world, including those Americans with conscience. In the aftermath of the incident, large-scale demonstrations against racism and violent police enforcement have taken place in the United States, Britain and other countries around the world. However, a small number of American politicians, who have talked a lot of nonsense on the Hong Kong national security legislation passed by the National People's Congress of China and criticized groundlessly Hong Kong Polices' legal enforcement to maintain social order, immediately sent out a large number of policemen and even the National Guard to suppress the demonstrations.

The spraying of hot pepper water on a six-year-old girl and the blood splashed of a 70-year-old man, brought about an intensified conflict. Rethinking of U.S. government’s refusal to allow sailors aboard Roosevelt Aircraft Carrier infected with COVID-19 to get on shore for treatment and the decision to dismiss the whistle blower Captain Brett Crozier and so on, people have reason to believe that some American politicians’ shouting of human rights and democracy is just another “emperor’s new clothes” which is meant for maintaining the U.S. hegemony and safeguarding the interests of a few politicians and capitalist groups.

Shifting responsibility and Rejecting inspection: Fighting the epidemic or Diverting attention? 

On June 8, the U.S. Embassy in China tweeted that the U.S. Secretary of State Pompeo said that the United States and more than 120 countries supported the investigation into the source of COVID-19, implying that China should be put accountable according to WHO conference’s resolution on May 18. However, some careful media and the public immediately pointed out that in the May 18 WHO Resolution entitled “COVID-19 Response”, all countries and international organizations that agreed to investigate the source of the virus included China, Russia, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the African Union, but not the United States.

It should be noted that the United States has not withdrawn from WHO on May 18. As a country with the largest number of P4 laboratories and the best biotechnology in the world, the Untied States turned out to be the most outspoken, but least cooperative country with the investigation. This has to cast doubt on the sincerity of the U.S. government on tracing the source of the virus, as well as its motivation to withdraw from WHO.

The COVID-19 is the common enemy of all mankind, which needs all mankind to fight together, and virus source tracing is a scientific problem, which needs the cooperation of all countries, institutions and personnel concerned in the world. However, a small number of politicians in the United States have first called the new coronavirus “Chinese Virus” without any reason, accusing the Chinese government of hiding the pandemic without any evidence, and shifting its own responsibility for the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic to China, but now they refuse to cooperate with virus source tracing publicly. This “new clothes” of virus tracing issue is not only “double standard”, but also cheating, fooling and irresponsible act on the people all over the world, especially the American people. Now that the United States has become the epidemic center of world, and it is the general public in the United States who are suffering from it.

We firmly believe the world people have their own clear eyes, and history will tell the truth eventually. We also believe that the vast majority of the American people are kind and friendly, peace-loving and are advocators of fairness and justice. Who is going to stripe off the “new clothes” of those few American politicians? All countries and people with a sense of responsibility and justice should make efforts to this end, as should the general American people who are suffering from the epidemic, racial discrimination and deception. The world is expecting that day to come.
